Field Trips!

General Information

The students are very excited that our class will be going on several field trips this spring!  Our field trips were selected to bring our Social Studies curriculum to life.  The trips focus on various aspects of World Communities.  Each child will need a signed permission slip to go on each trip.  I will send them home as part of homework.  We will be taking the subway to each field trip.  Subway fares are paid for by District 13.  We are fortunate because some of the admissions fees will be paid for by P.S. *.  Other trips require that each child bring the small fee from home.

We will really need family members to join us as chaperones.  If you are available, please join us!  Unfortunately, brothers and sisters cannot go on our field trips, due to insurance reasons.  Overall, I'm sure these trips will be a wonderful learning experience for the children!
